Project ground rules and user persona objectives

So here are the ground rules of the project. The app needs to be functional. It does not need to have auth, but I'm going to try and do it. Not all apps may have databases because they may not need it. And in all reality, it's also expensive.

They need to have a persona or a user in mind. And they need to have a very defined objective of what the persona is going to do with it.
